28The volunteers of NSS Pookode and students of Wildlife studies participated in the first ever programme in India for the establishment of Beehive fencing in Madhamangalam Panchayath in Wayanad district. The programme was organised by ATMA in collaboration with NABARD and Kerala Forest and Wildlife Department to mitigate the serious problem of man- wild animal conflict.
