Interest, character and commitment are the major skills required for employability says KVASU Vice Chancellor

            Dr.B.Ashok,IAS, Vice Chancellor of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University inaugurated the campus placement programme which was organized by Directorate of Entrepreneurship of University. The practicability of a student will be monitored during the interview process, Vice Chancellor added. Prof.S.Ramkumar deliver the keynote address and suggested that communication and English proficiency will help to get better position in the career market. Dr K.P.Sreekumar, Registrar, presided over the function. Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan, Director of Entrepreneurship delivered introductory speech.

                 Dr.B.Ashok released the book on “How to prepare for campus placement”. Dr.Devada, Director, Acadmics& Research and Dr.N.R.Harshakumar, District Animal Husbandry Officer, offered felicitation. Dr Sisilamma George, Faculty Dean, College Veterinary and Animal Sciences Mannuthy welcomed the delegates and Dr Girish Varma, Dean, CDST, Mannuthy expressed vote of thanks.200 students participated in the campus interview programme. Agencies like Salsabeel Medicine, Animal Husbandry Department and e-vet connect recruited 70 Veterinary Graduates and Diploma Holders during the process.
