20IDA (Kerala chapter) and AFST (I) Thrissur chapter are jointly organizing a one day National Seminar on Prospects of Fermentation in Dairy Industry on 22.4.2015 (Wednesday) from 9.30 am to 4 pm. The programme is hosted by the College of Dairy Science and Technology and the venue is the Seminar Hall of the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Thrissur. The programme includes technical presentation on the technology of Cheese, Yoghurt, Curd and other functional foods.
