TENDER NOTICE

           Sealed tenders on competitive rate basis are invited from Govt. approved firms / agencies to conduct a land survey work (using Total Station instrument). The tenders should be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before 15, March 2013. The same will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of the tenderer or their authorized agents.
1. The survey shall be carried out using Total Station instrument to prepare @1.00m interval in contour map.
2. The survey shall be carried out to show all the boundary points, compound walls, roads, streams, power poles ,Telephone poles, Electrical lines, water supply lines, buildings, drains , trees of beyond 30cm girth and any other man made features etc. within the survey limit.
3. Necessary assistance / for clarification of doubts, the Assistant Executive Engineer in charge of Thiruvizhamkunnu may be contacted.
4. Rate should be quoted for a unit of one Acre area.
5. Necessary colour print of the drawing and soft copy (CD) to be supplied on completion of the work.
