  • Doctor of Philosophy in Dairy Chemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana) 2013-2016. Passed in First Class with an overall grade point average (OGPA) of 8.8/10.0.
  • Master of Technology in Dairy Chemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana) 2011-13. Passed in First Class with an OGPA of 8.20 /10.0.
  • Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Science and Technology from Kerala Agricultural University, 2006-11. Passed with an OGPA of 8.5 / 10.0.

  • Effect of natural antioxidants on the autoxidative and thermal stability of ghee (clarified butterfat)
  • Enzymatic modification of milk proteins
  • Quality and safety assurance of dairy and food products

  • Secured First Rank at University (ICAR-NDRI) level in Master of Technology in the subject of Dairy Chemistry in the academic year 2011-12
  • Received MILMA medal for the best outgoing student in B.Tech (Dairy Science and Technology) in the year 2011
  • Qualified the National Eligibility Test held on 27 October 2013 in the discipline of Dairy Chemistry
  • Qualified ICAR’s Senior Research Fellowship (ICAR-SRF) for doctoral studies in Dairy Science conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) during April 2014
