  • Doctor of Philosophy in Dairy Chemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana) 2013-2016. Passed in First Class with an overall grade point average (OGPA) of 8.8/10.0.
  • Master of Technology in Dairy Chemistry from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana) 2011-13. Passed in First Class with an OGPA of 8.20 /10.0.
  • Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Science and Technology from Kerala Agricultural University, 2006-11. Passed with an OGPA of 8.5 / 10.0.

  • Effect of natural antioxidants on the autoxidative and thermal stability of ghee (clarified butterfat)
  • Enzymatic modification of milk proteins
