Work Experience

  • Competent to create documentation for the food safety programmers and able to set up food processing Quality Control Laboratory.
  • In depth know-how of the techniques such as HACCP, Euro code, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 FSMS etc.
  • Expertise in allergy testing procedures and programmes such as ELISA, Spectrophotometer, HPLC etc.

  • Attended Training programme on HACCP conducted by an International Certification Division, SGS, Dubai.
  • Attended Training programme on EU Export Regulation, Sanitation and Hygiene at Caviar Court, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Attended training on selected representative of Quality testing of Milk from the Dairy development Dept. Authorized to check the quality through out the Kerala state ( India)
  • Attended programme on “Training in Technical, Administration and Management Skill Up gradation Of Officers” conducted by Training Centre, Alathur, India. in association with the Institute of Management in Kerala Government; India.
  • Sucessfully completed, “Diploma in Dairy Co-Operative Management” conducted by Institute Of Co-operative Management, Poojappura, Trivandrum; India.
