Coordinator for "Stay Fit – Online Physical Fitness and Sports Education Programme" - A Project Jointly Carried Out by Sports Authority of India (SAI) LNCPE and Kerala Olympic Association (KOA).

State National and University level Sports Achievements :

  1. Participated in the 4th National Masters Athletics Championship 2022-23 at Dronacharya Synthetic Stadium, Kurukshetra, Haryana, from 16th to 19th February 2023. Secured four medals: 100m (2nd place), long jump (1st place), triple jump (1st place), and 100m relay (1st place).
  2. Participated and secured four medals at the Kerala State Masters Athletics Championship 2023 at C.H. Muhammed Koya Athletics Stadium, University of Calicut, on 5th and 6th August 2023. Achieved 2nd place in long jump, 2nd place in triple jump, and 1st place in the 100m relay.
  3. Participated in the 41st Kerala State Masters Athletics Championship 2002 at Municipal Stadium, Pala, on 19th and 20th November. Secured 5 gold medals in 200m, long jump, triple jump, 100m relay, and 400m relay.
  4. Represented Kerala state in the senior national women's football championship in the 33rd (National Games) held at Guwahati, Assam.
  5. Represented VIX in the senior national women's football championship held in Orissa in 2005-2006.
  6. Achieved 3rd place in the senior national women's football championship held in Bhopal in the year 2003-04.
  7. Became a semi-finalist in the XVIIIth Senior National Women’s Football Championship held in Imphal, Manipur, in the year 2004-05.
  8. Represented in the All India interuniversity women's football tournament held in Tirunelveli in 2003-04.
  9. Represented in the All India interuniversity women's football tournament held at Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 2004-05.
  10. Runner-up in the senior state women's football championship in 2004-05 held at Trivandrum.
  11. Runner-up in the senior state women's football championship in 2005-06 held at Trivandrum.
  12. Represented the Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry State Inter Physical Education Tournament at Annamalai University.
  13. Represented Kerala state in the senior national women's football championship in the 17th (National Games) held at Neiveli in 2009.

  20. Participated in the "Faculty Development Program on Promoting Excellence in Physical Education and Sports through Innovation in Teaching and Learning, ICT & Professional Approach." Completed a One-Week (May 27 to June 2, 2021) Online National Faculty Development Program organized by Guru Angad Dev Teaching Learning Centre, SGTB Khalsa College, the University of Delhi, under the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT) of the Ministry of Education. This was conducted in an online mode with one week's involvement in a flexible mode. This online FDP is equivalent to one week face-to-face FDP. The one week's involvement included attendance during live/recorded sessions, hands-on activities, submission of quizzes, assignments, and projects, and I have obtained a GRADE "A+" as required for promotion under CAS of UGC and AICTE.
