• Joined in Animal Husbandry Department in 1991, completed 16 years of service in different cadres in AHD, including Junior Lecturer in Extension Training Center, Mannuthy, also as Vocational teacher in VHSE department
•  Promoted as Senior Veterinary Surgeon DVC, Palakkad in 2007.
• Joined in KAU in 2010 while working as Assistant Director of Calf feed subsidy program , Palakkad

UNIVERSITY

• Took charge of UPDF in 2011 and worked sincerely to enhance the productivity of the farm by coordinating all the production, management and sale activities of UPDF.
• Worked as Principal investigator and Head of AICRP on Poultry Breeding, Mannuthy. from June 2019 to November 2021
• Got second best paper award in 12th Kerala Veterinary Science Congress 2020 for one joint publication on Evaluation of Production Performance in Tellicherry chicken.
• Received Breed Conservation Award for Tellicherry breed maintained in AICRP, from NBAGR in 2021.
• Took charge of HOD, Department of Poultry Science, Pookode in November 2021. Handled courses in BSc. PPBM, BVSc. and MVSc. program in CVAS, Pookode.
• Conducted training in poultry keeping to various groups of farmers in college and also in KVK Ambalavayal in connection with Pooppoli and NSS program.
• Took additional charge of ILFC Poultry farm since February 2023.
• Introduced quails and various ornamental birds in the poultry farm for strengthening the population and also for academic purpose.
• Currently working in CVAS, Mannuthy as Assistant Professor and Feed Mill Manager of Revolving fund project, Mannuthy

  DETAILS OF GUIDANCE IN PG & PHD

  Currently guiding one doctoral research as major advisor. Serving  as the minor advisor of three PhD student. 3 PG works completed and thesis submitted under my guidance. Patent application for a newly developed egg drink is under process  through CUSAT IPR cell.
